EXCLUSIVE PLANNING PACKAGE

$4,400

An exclusive full planning package for our partnership with Denver Skyline Venue. 

Full planning for your corporate, special event or wedding and access to the MAG Events Decor inventory (a $1,250 value). 

Floral options available upon request and quoted separately.

Up to 4 face-to- face meetings. Client may use these meetings for design, timeline development, vendor consults, etc. One (1) meeting is reserved for a walk-through at the venue to finalize with client, on-site management, and caterer to discuss the event flow and set-up.


Includes up to 3 round trips to venue for a walk through, rehearsal, and the event. Additional travel will be billed as needed. ($1.50 per mile).


Service provider and venue recommendations. Arrange meetings with vendors as requested.


Detailed schedule of your wedding day finalized and distributed to your wedding vendors.

 


Management of overall planning timeline, including payments for vendors, due dates, and suggested timeframes.

 



Wedding budget recommendations and management (if requested).
Assist in finalizing vendor contracts (Client is responsible for all signing of contracts and payments associated with contracts).

 


Assist in event transportation scheduling and routes.

 


 

 

Client can drop off items to MAG Events the week of their event, or if available, MAG Events may offer to pick up items from client or at a mutual location.

 


 

Ensure all gifts, leftover food, cake, flowers, and client items are turned over to the designated person at the end of the night.

1 designated planner and an additional assistant (if needed) on the day of the event (up to 14 hours of service) if additional assistants are needed for set up/tear down quote of services will be updated.

 

 


Full assistance in creating custom wedding design and sourcing items as needed.

 



Final details and timing confirmed with all vendors prior to final timeline construction.

 


Preparation and management of all itineraries and schedules for wedding party and guests.

 


Guest List Management – assist in tracking RSVP responses, meal choices, and assist in finalizing a seating chart layout. RSVP follow up as needed (if requested).

 


Assist in guest accommodations (hotel room blocks).

 

 



Management of client items, such as guest book, Ketubah, marriage license, programs, menu cards, cake knife, favors, escort cards, place cards, etc.

 

 

Full coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
Management and oversight of vendors and event setup. If additional staff/assistance is needed for set up outside of hired vendors, MAG Events can provide staffing at an additional charge.
